Luckily the awaited New Year has arrived!

As I put an end to 2013 and at the first hours of 2014, I’m again starting this year with a combine I prepared from Hatice Gökçe signed collections.

RAVEN

We are getting more and more peaceful as we are growing mature day by day and while we are enjoying life, we are also tripping over the details which are the most important things…

And another detail! The raven, which is frequently a subject for mythology and art, with its weird sounds, black colors and its fondness of bright things welcomes you in Hatice Gökçe’s store in Nişantaşı. Inside the store, collections she prepared for men and women more beautiful than each other receive you with open arms and as we take a look around, other ravens spread their wings in a coat liner or in a trouser cuff…

Is it only the raven? Of course no… While many fine details stand there, formed with fabric, you are dreaming about which fairy tale’s hero you are 🙂

Assuming everything goes well; the next post will be from Italy, please take care of yourselves and smile affluently.

Çok şükür beklenen yeni yıl geldi!

2013’ü noktalayıp 2014’ün ilk saatlerinde yine Hatice Gökçe imzalı koleksiyonlardan hazırlamış olduğum kombin ile bu yılı açıyorum.

KARA KARGA

Her geçen gün olgunlaşırken daha dingin oluyoruz ve yaşamdan bir o kadar keyif alıp detaylara takılıp kalıyoruz ki detaylar en önemli şey…

İşte bir detay! Tuhaf sesleri, siyah renkleri, parlak cisimlere olan düşkünlükleri ile mitolojiye ve sanata sıklıkla konu olan karga, önce Hatice Gökçe’nin Nişantaşı’ndaki mağazasında karşılıyor sizi, içeriye adım attığınızda erkek ve kadınlar için hazırlamış olduğu birbirinden güzel koleksiyonlar kucaklıyor.  Şöyle bir göz gezdirince etrafa, bir ceket astarında veya bir pantolonun paçasında başka kargalar kanat açıyor umutla…

 Sadece karga mı? Hayır tabii ki.. Bir çok ince detay kumaşla şekillenmiş öyle duruyorken siz hangi masalın kahramanı olduğunuzu düşlüyorsunuz. 🙂

TURKISH STAR

In life there is dark and light…

One side is fall for another, one side is like sadness and the other is like happiness..

While we’re ending another year, I have a chance to wear beautiful pieces from one of my favorite designer; who I really secretly admire and I’ m deeply in love with her work; Hatice Gokce, I honored by wearing her Spring-Summer Collection of 2014.

Taking a look at the title, don’t think that I call myself a “Turkish Star”. It’s the name ofHatice Gökçe’s brand new collection. The most important thing here is that the collection is on display in my blog before it’ s presented at the most famous  Men’s Clothing Fair “Pitti Immagine Uomo” in Florence between Jan. 7th & 10th.

 This is a great joy for me.

Siyah ve beyazdır hayat…

Bir tarafı diğer tarafına tutuk, bir yanı hüzün bir yanı mutluluk gibidir.

Bir yılı daha sonlandırırken ve saatler kalmışken bitmesine, benim için çok önemli, özel olan, koleksiyonlarına gizliden hayranlık duyup, aşık olduğum tasarımcı sevgili Hatice Gökçe’nin 2014 ilkbahar- yaz koleksiyonu ile veda etme şerefine erdim ya daha ne isterim?

Başlığa bakıp sakın kendimi star ilan ettiğimi düşünmeyin! Koleksiyonun adı “Turkish Star” ve en önemlisi 7-10 ocak tarihleri arasında Floransa’da gerçekleşek olan dünyanın en büyük erkek giyim fuarı olan Pitti Immagine Uomo ‘dan önce tanıtma şansına sahip olmakta başka bir keyif…

Ayrıca iyi- kötü günümde hep yanımda olan canımın içi biricik dostum Amorem’e (Ayşe) bu güzel kareler için teşekkür etmek yetersiz, boş ve anlamsız kalır..

MY WINTER UNIFORM

As December comes to an end quickly, the New Year’s sensation approaches day by day…

I got carried away with this spirit much more while nice presents were coming to my door for the last two weeks. I want to express my sincere thanks one by one to all these brands that were considerate and sent me those beautiful presents. Today is another day like this again and intense rush goes on in the streets of Nişantaşı. And I’m walking around here with my Ümit Ünal signed cardigan. .

By the way, I’m going to Italy in the first days of 2014 for nicer posts and having a good time. I will be in Rome most of the time but maybe we can drop by Florence and maybe Pitti, who knows 🙂

Aralık ayı çabucak biterken yeni yıl heyacanı gün ve gün yaklaşıyor… 

Son iki haftadır çok güzel hediyeler kapıma gelirken bu ruha kendimi daha çok kaptırır oldum. Beni düşünüp o güzel hediyeleri yollayan markalara tek tek teşekkür ediyorum. (Neler geldiğini görmek isterseniz İnstagram hesabım @onuroll ‘dan bakabilirsiniz.) 

Yine öyle bir gün bugünkü Nişantaşı sokaklarında hararetli koşuşturma devam ediyor. Ben ise üzerimde Ümit Ünal imzalı hırkam ile voltalıyorum buralarda.. 

Bu arada 2014’ün ilk günlerinde hem daha güzel postlar, hem de keyifli bir zaman geçirmek için İtalya’ya gidiyorum. Daha çok Roma’da olacağım belki Floransa’ya geçeriz Pitti’ye kim bilir 🙂
